Crabmeat spring roll
*sauteed garlic
*add dice onion
*crabmeat
*season it
*add dice carrot
*roll it with spring roll wrapper


Pumpkin Soup
*sauteed sliced onion till fragrant
*fresh thyme+bayleaf
*add pumkin
*blender
*and heat it again
*add shrimps or bread crumbs to serve

my ambition

I am hoping to get done with my current and attachment course doing well.
In this 5 years,i am hoping to go other countries to learn more skills.
First country that i wanted to go is Switzerland followed by France and Australia.
However,my parents want me to continue their business at BATAM,because i am the eldest son.
So i decided that after the 5 years,i'll be back to help my parents and planning to open own restaurant at there....
